  I ordered my repeat medication online as usual & was told it would be ready on the 13th. Went to pick it up & was to,d it had not been dispensed as I was overdue ( 1 month ) for a revue. I did not know that & asked why the online system hadn't flagged that up. Blank face from the Dispenser was my response!
  
  She did say if I booked an appointment she could ' do something'
  
  Went to Reception ( who was listening to all this ) & was told ' no appointments for a fortnight'. I explained ( no joke ) if I didn't get it I would be in A&E. she found an appointment in the next half hour which I took. She asked if I was going home or staying. I to,d her I was staying & she to,d me she'd booked me in.
  
  I was sat in the waiting room for about an hour presuming the GP was busy. I then joined the queue for Reception. I was met by a 'You're still here?' She checked to see what was going on . I could see by the look on her face she hadn't booked me in ( tell you how I knew later ) She asked me for my DOB with a panicked look on her face. She said ' sorry about that you're in next' As I walked away I received my confirmed appointment text which told me she had forgotten to book me in first time!!
  
  You may think nothing else could go wrong - really
  
  The GP gave me a prescription for someone else. Luckily I spotted it as I stood up to leave the surgery.
  
  If there was another GP practice in the area I would be there in a flash.
  
  I have been with this Medical Centre for over 30 yrs I have watched it grow - but not improve . They are becoming dangerous
